Hello Everyone ^_^
How are you?

Today i want to share with you some tips that actually help me lately to improve my skin and make it looks clearer.I don't know why but i had some small pimples mostly in my chin so i found those tips really helpful and i hope that will help you too.Also i want to let you know that my skin is oily in my T-zone and all the others face's area it's normal.
So let's get started with the tips ^_^

1.Eating Healthy.Try to eat things which is healthy and helpful for the skin.Foods like salmon,lentils and peas,except that is very good for your general health also are full of noucleic acids.Food with those inside can improve the health of the skin and make it look smoother and youthful looking.

2.Light Moisturize Creams.Avoid to use heavy creams in your skin,both for face and body.Maybe we think that will moisturize better our skin but what they really do is making difficult the absorption for the skin and clogging the pores.

3.Sleep , Sleep , Sleep.As much as you can.Give the time in your skin to regenerate the cells and repair the damages that happens during the day.Your skin will thank you afterwards and will be more healthy-looking.

4.Gentle Exfoliation.Try to avoid to over exfoliate your skin.This will not help the skin at all.Probably you will destroy the epidermal layer of your skin,which supposed to be thick to protect us from environmental toxins,bacteria  and desease.Also over exfoliate can dry out your skin.

5.Sunscreen.Always always always no matter the season try to wear your sunscreen because maybe we can't realize it,especially in the winter,but the sun always can damage our skin,no matter the season,the type or the color of our skin.
